Accommodations

There are three types of accommodations. The two bedroom Villa, the three bedroom Lodge and the two bedroom apartments.

Lilly’s Villa

The newly constructed two bedroom, two bath Villa is located on a hill with a spectacular 360 degree view from the wrap-around porch of the Sound, the Marina and Pipe Creek. The fully tiled Villa provides guests with comfortable upscale accommodations and a large fully equipped kitchen. All linens and paper products are supplied and the kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, coffee pot, spices, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Air conditioning is provided, but usually not needed as the ceiling fans and large windows provide wonderful tropical breezes throughout the open airy Villa.

The Lodge

The Lodge is one of several cottages on this spectacular 450 acre island, and is set in its own private gardens on a high ridge giving 360 degree water views. Private paths lead from the large veranda on the East side of the Lodge to the crescent beach. From the sixty foot porch on the West side of the Lodge you will delight in the constantly changing colors of the waters of the Pipe Creek area. Your private stone path winds down through the woods to the marina and harbor area.

The Lodge is airy and spacious with a 30' x 25' open central living and dining area, featuring spectacular views from the numerous screened doors and windows. The three bedroom, one bath Lodge sleeps six with a double bed in each room. The bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. All linens are supplied. All floors are tiled, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything except your food and beverages. Your own propane barbeque is located outside, on the porch.

Treehouse Apartments

The Treehouse is set on the top of a hill overlooking Bonefish Creek to the East and the deep blue waters of the Exuma Sound to the west, and is about a five minute walk from the Lodge and marina. The wraparound porch has uninterrupted views of the ocean and palm trees. The two apartments are located on the first floor. The owner lives on the second floor.

Each two bedroom apartment accommodates four guests with twin beds in each room. The bedrooms are air conditioned and also have ceiling fans. All linens and paper products are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything except your food and beverages.
